Why We Built MicroOffice Solutions
We’re David and April — a Canadian carpenter and veterinarian who spent four years living in Central America before deciding to enter the U.S. e-commerce market.
We did everything right.
Formed a Wyoming LLC, set up a virtual office address from our registered agent , opened a business bank account — and got rejected by four different payment processors, including Stripe, PayPal. Even the “high-risk” ones said no.
The reason?
Our virtual office address was shared by thousands of other businesses. Banks and payment processors flagged it as high-risk before anyone looked at our actual business. It’s one of the most common reasons Wyoming LLC owners get rejected by Stripe, PayPal, and US banks – and most entrepreneurs don’t find out until it’s too late.
Frustrated, and realizing we weren’t alone, we moved to Casper, Wyoming to build a real solution. Not another virtual office. Not a shared mailbox. Real, individual, lockable micro-office suites, each with its own commercial lease.
We worked closely with our bank manager in Casper to understand what they need to see for KYC business address requirements as we were building the business center – he even toured the facility on opening day and told us he was genuinely excited to welcome qualifying MicroOffice Solutions clients to the bank.
And then something unexpected happened.
As word spread, we realized the banking problem wasn’t just an international one. US-based digital nomads and US location-independent entrepreneurs discovered the same problem – they need a real, verifiable US business address for banking, not just a place to receive mail. A legitimate address that isn’t a shared coworking hot desk or a coffee shop.
And local Casper businesses? They need professional space without signing a five-year lease on a full office they’d never fully use.
So MicroOffice Solutions became something bigger than we planned: a real business address and workspace solution for anyone who needs to show up professionally – whether you’re running an e-commerce business from abroad, building a remote company from anywhere in the US, or just need a proper Casper office without the overhead.
If you’re hitting the same walls we did, we get it. We’ve been there. Whether you’re an international entrepreneur trying to crack the US market, a digital nomad or remote entrepreneur who needs a legitimate US business address for banking or a local Casper business ready to level up from the kitchen table – you don’t have to figure this out alone.
You just need the right infrastructure. We built it. And we’re rootin’ for you.
