About Us:
We’re David and April, a Canadian carpenter and veterinarian who spent four years living in Central America before deciding to enter the U.S. e-commerce market.
We did everything “right”, formed a Wyoming LLC, got a virtual office, opened an online business bank account and promptly got rejected by payment processors- four different ones. Even the “high-risk” ones said no.
Why? No physical U.S. office address.
The banks saw our virtual office address, shared by thousands of other businesses, and flagged us as high-risk before anyone even looked at our actual business plan.
Frustrated and realizing we weren’t the only ones hitting this wall, we moved to Wyoming to build a solution for others in the same position – real offices that banks accept, without the expense of leasing a big office.
