Agreement to Terms

By using MicroOffice Solutions’ services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services Provided

We provide physical micro-office spaces, registered agent services, mail handling, and related business services in Wyoming. Services are subject to availability and our approval.

Office Packages

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Services are billed monthly or annually
  • Monthly packages are month-to-month, cancel anytime with 30 days notice
  • Annual packages are non-refundable once paid
  • Pricing subject to change with 30 days notice for monthly packages
  • Founding member rates are locked for 2 years as specified

Office Use:

  • Physical access subject to our hours of operation
  • Conference room use by reservation only
  • Community workspace on first-come, first-served basis
  • One business per micro-office unless additional businesses approved and paid for

Payment Terms

  • Payment due at beginning of each billing period
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • Failed payments may incur $25 fee
  • One-time setup fees are non-refundable
  • Service fees (LLC formation, banking support, etc.) are non-refundable once work begins

Registered Agent Services

  • We can serve as your registered agent at our Wyoming address
  • We will forward legal documents promptly
  • You are responsible for responding to legal documents
  • Registered agent service continues as long as office package is active

Mail and Package Services

  • We receive and scan mail as part of your package
  • Physical mail forwarding subject to additional fees
  • We are not responsible for mail lost in transit after we forward it
  • Packages held for 30 days, then returned to sender
  • We reserve the right to refuse hazardous or illegal items

Address Transfer

  • Address transfer service updates Wyoming Secretary of State records
  • You are responsible for updating IRS, banks, and other entities
  • We provide documentation to assist with updates
  • Transfer process typically takes 2-5 business days

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Fraudulent purposes
  • Mail fraud or deceptive practices
  • Harassment or abuse of our staff
  • Any purpose that violates federal, state, or local laws

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for:

  • Non-payment
  • Violation of these terms
  • Illegal activity
  • Abusive behavior toward staff

You may cancel monthly services with 30 days written notice.

Refund Policy

  • Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
  • Annual subscriptions: Non-refundable
  • One-time services: Non-refundable once work begins
  • Setup fees: Non-refundable

Limitation of Liability

MicroOffice Solutions is not liable for:

  • Business decisions you make based on our services
  • Banking or payment processor decisions
  • Lost or delayed mail
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability limited to fees paid in past 12 months

Wyoming Law

These terms are governed by Wyoming law. Any disputes will be resolved in Wyoming courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes.
