What are your business center hours?

Our business center is open Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm. We don’t currently offer after-hours or Saturday access, though we’re always evaluating what our tenants need as we grow.

Can I meet with clients at the business center?

Absolutely. While the micro-office suites themselves are designed for providing your business address and business essentials storage rather than meetings, we have casual seating areas in the lobby and common spaces perfect for informal client visits. Need something more private? We have two bookable conference rooms available to all tenants.

What’s included in my monthly rate? Any hidden fees?

No surprises. There’s a one-time $50 setup fee when you sign your lease, and that’s it. Your local package monthly rate includes your private suite, commercial lease, Casper business address, community workspace and shared meeting areas, WiFi, access to our kitchen break room (fridge, microwave, Keurig), and use of the printer. Mail and package acceptance is included at no extra charge for local packages. Conference rooms are available by reservation.

Can I actually work inside my micro-office?

Our micro-office suites are compact private spaces – think dedicated filing cabinet meets personal storage unit with a door and a lock. They’re designed to give you a real, dedicated commercial address that’s genuinely yours, not a shared desk or a mailbox. You can customize the space with shelving, filing cabinets, or whatever your business needs. The real work happens in our community workspace and conference rooms, which are included in the Local packages.

Can I customize my office space?

Yes! We want your suite to feel like yours. Tenants are welcome to personalize their space.

Can I get a Google Business Profile with this address?

Yes, and this is one of the most valuable things a real commercial address unlocks. Unlike virtual offices or PO boxes, a legitimate physical address backed by a commercial lease makes you eligible to verify a Google Business Profile, which puts your business on Google Maps and local search results. Google’s verification process requires proof of a real business presence, including signage. We offer Google Business Profile setup and verification support through our partner, this is something we can help guide you through so your Casper presence is fully established online from day one.
